Return Process

    Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the specific item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Package the Component

    Place the part in its original anti-static packaging and secure it within a sturdy shipping box to prevent sensitive electronic damage during transit.

    Ship to Our Warehouse

    Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the exterior.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Our technicians will inspect the returned part to verify its condition, after which your refund or replacement will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
